Very click and collect query

Does any one know if Very only allow click and collect to the area of the registered account postcode? I've an alternative delivery address on my account but when I input the postcode it says no click and collect available in the area when in fact they have several in walking distance! Click and collect is available to my postcode but I have none local. I'm left having to pay postage.
