Loan & legal charge over property - SIPPable?

Hello,
I pay my ageing mother £400 per month to help maintain a her standard of living. I have a legal charge over her property (she owns and lives in her own home) so that I may reclaim my payments in the future.
Is it possible for these payments to be wrapped in a SIPP?

No, residential property can not be put in a SIPP.Trying to keep it simple...
