    i brought a 31 piece venice set today marked half price so paid only £7.50
    although it shows 4 champagne glasses on box there were none inside but there were 31 pieces of crockery should i have had the glasses as well

    Yes it does work - but if you get a vigilant SA (as I did at lunchtime! :( ) you won't get it....

    Got 2 venice sets. The lovely lady at the cust services put them through and it kept coming 0.00 but finally she managed to over ride it and put it at 10.00.
    However at the final bill when the discount came in, it came to only 2.50 for the above 2 sets.
    Still a deal, so am very happy.
