anyone else got this been driving me mad for the last week. feels like my ear is blocked up. i get it every xmas. its a viral infection, taking plenty of sudafed and vix, lots of steam. anyone else..........

Snap - Vicks up each nostril and a hot showers and olbas oil on a pillow corner normally provides some relief.0
