Employment rights bill - young workers pay

See the government have published information today regarding the employment rights bill.    Do these apply in Scotland?   Will pay for apprentices in the 18-20 category be affected?

A lot of the information at the moment is provisional and many things will require secondary legislation so almost nothing is confirmed yet.

Yes, employment law is reserved, not devolved.
