Mortgage additional borrowing

I've just applied for additional borrowing on my mortgage. I have already supplied my payslips for my 2 jobs. They are now requesting for my p60. I have a p60 from 1 job only. It doesnt reflect the income of both jobs as I started the other after the tax year. Now a bit worried. Applying direcly to mortgage lender. What do i do?

If you can show contracts for both jobs, and your bank statements showing your income from both jobs being paid to you, then that should be plenty.

Thanks, bank statements were presented showing income from both jobs before a request for a p60 was made. I'll offer contracts.

They are also requesting quotes and costings for the works required to the house. The jobs are endless we have only the quoted for the big jobs not for like carpeting and paint work...does this matter?

Do you get bonuses or overtime? That could be why they want the P60.

Tell the Lender you do not have a P60 for employment "x" as you started after 05/04/2024

It is no more complex than that.
