Bamboo/Next step

I’m after a bit of advice please. Stopped paying debts last November, creditors defaulted in June this year and DMP is going well paying what I decided to pay to whoever bought the debts. Only one of the creditors, Bamboo loans, have not sold the debt or have been in touch with me , despite the fact they also defaulted in June. They have gone completely silent. Should I contact them to start paying accordingly with my DMP or should I just wait a bit longer to see what they intend to do ? Thank you

I'd wait until someone starts asking as there won't be any interest now. You will be better off if its sold and that's probably more likely if you keep quiet.

I think no news is good news. Concentrate on the creditors that are engaging.

Bamboo seem to have fallen foul of many affordability complaints and I suspect they may be in trouble.
