CCA/Mortgage Advice Needed

Hi All
Thanks to the advice given on this forum I have had a DMP for 6 years and after a house sale finally am in the position to request settlement figures
.
After going self managed, I asked for CCAs and to my surprise 6 creditors haven’t produced it yet. Of the others which are enforceable, most have settled at around 30%.

To Those without CCAs I have made low settlement figures as the aim has been to clear debt and get a mortgage- I was aware of the need to show a clear credit history- which is the case as all will fall off in a few months - and also produce bank statements for the mortgage- more of an issue obv.

I have two creditors - Link and Natiowide - who are intransigent and not interested in settlement. This was a worry as my monthly payments to them would show up on my bank statements snd visible to mortgage application.

My hope is now to settle those other debts , ignore those that are unenforceable and pay Link and Nationwide monthly - but not through my bank account.

Can I pay via my daughter’s account? Would this work to prevent bank knowing about the debts but continue to pay creditors until they see sense re a settlement? Thanks got any advice !

So Link and Nationwide are enforceable but not willing to entertain a deal?

Pay them a token or low monthly instalment and try again in 6 months.

If it suits you to use another account, so be it.

Yes that’s the plan - just wanting reassurance that there won’t be an issue in using another account to pay those low monthly instalments?

I don't see why that should be a problem...
