Scottish Time To Pay claim dismissed today

I have a £2.5k debt with PayPal from 2018.
They took court action against me via the Scottish simple process.
I accepted liability and responded, within the correct time, with a Time To Pay application.
They did not respond within the time allowed and, as such, the case was dismissed today.
Are they likely to lodge it again? Is there a chance it could be forgiven? Has anyone been in this position?

You've posted in the diary section rather than the debt free section so it's likely your question will have been missed
However I suspect no one will know what PayPal will or won't do and I don't think many posters have knowledge of the Scottish court system unfortunately0
