Hi ,
long story short ive asked for the cca from lantern and they have sent a secci which I understand is a pre credit agreement (could be wrong) should I reply and ask for the CCA.
any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you've made a formal request under s77-79 CCA, then it is only complied with when they send the original or a reconstructed consumer credit application.
Until then it remains unenforceable.
If their next communication to you is to ask for money, you can reply and explain why you will not be paying - that you have enforceable debts and these take priority over unenforceable ones2
