Once you login to the Halifax website or app, head to the Hellohome tab. Under Services you will find Switch your deal. Currently Halifax will allow you to switch or lock in from 4 months before your current deal finishes. Also, there is no point trying to google Halifax Product transfer rates, they don't publish them online like normal rates for someone looking to remortgage to Halifax, they say they are bespoke per client so your rate will only show when you go through the switching process.
