Coventry Building

We have received a DIP with Coventry Building Society via a Broker, I can see Coventry Building Society have conducted a soft credit search and ID check from my Equifax credit report. We have now submitted a full application, we only needed to supply our p60s and 1 months wage slips. Do Coventry Building Society manually underwrite the application? If you receive a DIP is there any reason why the application won’t go through?

The application involves a full credit search. So if there's anything significant shown up by that then your application might not go through.

They will verify your documents and do some checks behind the scenes.
But in all honesty, the only one of my cases they have ever declined was one suspected to be dodgy - which I told them about applying so was not exactly unexpected anyway.
I like Coventry, they have been pretty good for a while - they were useless back in 2011-12 though.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Guaranteed bonuses are always a bit iffy.
If it were guaranteed, the general thought is that it would just be part of your basic wage. Its normally only labelled as a bonus if it is reliant on something else... eg sales targets etc.
Some lenders will use it all but it depends on the circumstances etc.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
