vouchercodes.co.uk delays

Hello, I have been a member of vouchercodes.co.uk since 2016 and they used to pay out really well, but I am finding now (which I can screen shot) delays of vouchers coming through, some not at all or when disputed been told some not even tracking when I can screen shot on my history they were the site I visited before the retailer.  I don't know if because their site is now growing in popularity there is a problem with supply and demand.  Its not just me having the problem with long waits another family member in a different household is also having delays.  Is it just us having this problem?

  • Thank you I will respond as I have been waiting since September for some vouchers and some dating back even further.
  • Hello, checked still no vouchers and its been since September the original tracking, its the same on my other family members.

    Checked again still no vouchers and it's been since September as well as other family member waiting.  Also been a member since 2016 and it's been fine until recently.

    I used to be a huge fan of vouchercodes, believing them to be more honourable than other voucher websites.

    But, ever since they launched their VIP scheme, their attitude and service have gone terribly downhill. In my experience, they "forget" to issue reward vouchers more often than not and, when chased, they expect people to provide proof of order, and proof of pickup/delivery, ie 2 separate emails, for each of 2 different offers per £5 reward. 

    It's simply not worth the effort any more and it's such a shame as their intentions seemed good a few years ago, and now it just feels like they're relying on grinding people down to avoid having to pay out.
