Can anyone tell me if webchat is still up and running.
On their website it says it`s manned Monday to Friday 8am to 8 pm.

Typing in adviser usually works to get through to a person.  On a Monday to Friday 😉

I think it is only available through the online digital assistant  now.

I have used it a fair bit. Type adviser and it should put you through to a human. Sometimes it says no one is available but mostly it will put you through if you type adviser again. They will ask for your name date of birth address and national insurance number so I type it in while I am waiting. It works best before 10 am.
