I might have to check out that cleanser @VALM as my HG has been discontinued 😢

    Another UU this morning:

Beauty of Joseon Revive Serum - this was ok, didn't really do anything for my skin because I need something with a bit more oomph in it in the morning like their glow serum which I will probably repurchase when I've finished the Byoma one that I've gone back to.

    • Pumpkin Apple Cuticle oil: Autumnal scented cuticle oil in a fun skull bottle.  Got one for a fellow spooky friend and couldn't resist getting one for me too!
    UU
    • Kerastase-Blond-Absolu-Cicaplasme-150ml: I like this a lot, but haven't had highlights for a good long while now, so I think I will switch to one of their other heat protectant.  But next month, as it's been a spendy month (not especially toiletry-wise but other spends)- I can make do for now.
    • Batiste Dry Shampoo - Medium & Brunette 200ml: HG, got another ready to go!

And one pan in my Bperfect Antidote Palette in the shade Moss, which, surprise, it's a green!  :D

I dont think I can finish anything else this month.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

Ooh that cuticle oil sounds delicious @Clutterbug07 but I have one to work through so will try and resist!

    Another UU:

La Roche Posay Serozinc - HG, can notice a difference in my skin when I don't have this.  Have replaced with another one.

  • Just popping in to say how delighted I am to see this thread is still going! (And some of the same people, too - that tells us something!)

I am also reminded of the reason I eventually stopped posting though - seeing the products other people use always tempts me to look at them myself!

  • Hahahaha @EssexHebridean, yes that can be a problem!  :D  Whenever someone finishes an eyeshadow (or hits pan) or finishes a polish, I have to go look it up to see it!

@ruby_eskimo it does smell lovely!  I didn't need it either, as I do have others, so it was a bit of a naughty purchase on my part!

    UU
    • e.l.f. Power Grip Primer: Already had the replacement ready, bought last month
    • Mad about Skin- Ultimate Anti-Aging Oil:  I like this retinal oil- the oil helps counteract the harshness of retinal.  I use it twice a week on my face (I do avoid my neck though as retinal on my neck seems to make it crepey) and sometimes arms/torso, but will probably build up to 3 times.  When I get paid next week, I will repurchase

    • Karla Cosmetics Opal Multichrome Pressed Eyeshadow in Beauty Sleep: Oooh, I used up another eyeshadow!  I LOVE this shifty shimmery shade, when I get paid again I will be replacing it as It's a favourite.
    • Garnier Micellar Water Oil Infused Facial Cleanser For Waterproof Makeup 400ml: This one is great, have repurchased.

    INs

    • Sure deodorant - Invisible Aqua- 250ml: Current one is running low, replacement.
    • Garnier Micellar Water Oil Infused Facial Cleanser For Waterproof Makeup 400ml: replacement.
    • John Frieda Frizz-Ease Daily Miracle Leave-In Conditioner 200ml: Current one is running low, replacement
    • OPI Repair Mode: Current one is running low, and I'm planning to have a lil polish break in November so will use this to help strengthen my nails
    • Beauty Bay- Mini Charms (9 pan) eyeshadow palette: Love Beauty Bay eyeshadow and this was a very cute 9 pan of shimmery goodness. I talked myself out of the big palette they released at the same time, so I think well done me..... :p

ALSO, I went to the big(ger) K Beauty store in Oxford on Friday AND I DIDNT PURCHASE ANYTHING!!!!!!!!  I went in there cos one of my fave serums is running low so since I was in Oxford I thought I would buy in-person rather than order online and pay for shipping, but typically it was the one serum from that brand that they did not have!  :D  And I didn't treat myself to anything else.  This felt like a big deal- hubby didn't understand it was a big deal, but I know you ladies will!  :D

  • Last UUs and INs for the month

    UU
    • Sure Cotton Dry deodorant spray- 250ml
    • IUNIK Beta Glucan Daily Moisture Cream: I liked this, nice consistency for summer, has a nice feel to it, but I like something thicker for the colder months, so will shortly be purchasing the MAS moisturiser
    • CuticleLAB - cuticle oil pens - Cookie scent: My one at work, I do try and use it at least twice a day when I'm in the office (only twice a week).  A nice sweet bakery scent.  I have one at home I can bring in to replace this.

    INs
    • OGX Damage Remedy+ Coconut Miracle Oil Extra Strength Penetrating Oil 100ml: Bought this as a pre-wash treatment, is meant to be great for hair repair and anti-breakage.  Seems nice so far, used it a couple of times since I picked it up at the weekend.
    • L’Oréal Paris Elvive Bond Repair Leave-In Serum 150ml: Attacking the hair thinning on two levels- from the roots with grow-serums, and then this is to help stop them breaking in the lengths.  I go through phases with my hair when I try and sort it out and then I usually give up a bit before the cycle begins again.  Apparently I am in hair saviour mode.

    Month totals
    • OUT: 15 items (1 x gave away, 14 UU)
    • IN: 10 (£66.97- don't judge but this is the least I have spent in a while....)
    • Balance: 5 less items.
