Many banks, eg Barclays (https://www.barclays.co.uk/premier-banking/mortgages/), claim to offer their premier customers account holders exclusive products/rates. Natwest also have pages on "premier mortgages" but are less clear on what benefits they have over standard products.MWT said:
It wouldn't matter how many different accounts you have with them or how many products you have from them, they can only treat you just like every other existing customer and cannot take into consideration the level and duration of your other business with them, so your 'loyalty' in that regard is irrelevant.Runningaviator said:I’m a Premier banking and business customer, so expected that maybe the bank would show a loyal customer (how wrong I was) how to deliver great service by at least offering the same rate on a product switch that they offer new customers.0 -
