Dear all I'm currently sequestrated with a insolvency practitioner administering my estate.
I have requested a final statement and breakdown of fees to pay the balances off but suddenly the IP have taken it upon themselves to call around looking for the possibility of debts elsewhere.
Can an IP take it upon themselves to contact various government bodies to ask if they have a claim and at what point are they over reaching and acting beyond.
I feel like they are only looking to delay in order to increase fees, as when I requested my statement, they challenged me on debt appeal process.
I can find absolutely nothing online to assist me regarding this body of people and their Can/can not do or limitations of their actions.
Any advice or direction appreciated.

The USD to LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee) exchange rate has seen significant fluctuations due to economic challenges, inflation, and foreign exchange reserves in Sri Lanka. The Sri Lankan Rupee has faced depreciation pressures over the past year, driven by high inflation https://trading.biz/forecast/usd-to-lkr, debt restructuring, and reduced foreign reserves. However, recent IMF support and government economic reforms have helped stabilize the currency to some extent.
