Are eBay sales to USA count as foreign income for the HMRC?

I was just about to complete my first Self Assessment tax for last year, but I have been asked if I received any foreign income. Whilst there would be no US Federal tax payable unless there is a permanent establishment in the US, if there are customers located in California, there may be California tax payable using . If this is the case, you'd naturally be filing California tax returns.
