Equity release - BISF property

My parents want to do equity release on their BISF property. We haven’t had any luck finding a lender who will do this. It was built in the 1950s, which I think is the main issue. Has anyone else had any luck doing this and could recommend a lender please?

Have you been using a financial advisor or specialist broker to assist in the search?Unfortunately I am not aware of any lenders willing to accept BISF properties, but if you do find one it would be helpful to share the details here.0
