How do you post a new competition?

I am running a licensed raffle and wondering how do you post this competition and where are the best places to promote it?

Thank you but it is a fundraising raffle for a charity called Prospect Hospice, so I don't think it is self-promotion.-1

I’m sure if your site is easy to find then the competition will be posted in the correct place as long as doesn’t cost more than the £2.10 limit for purchase necessary competitions

Sadly you cannot advertise it here - self promotion also covers sharing competitions for someone you know or are involved with.
I understand this is for charity but I believe a blanket ban is on this.
There used to be a thread for charity fundraising but I think this was removed too, due to the number of people miss using it.
