Cca and mediation

Options
Thanks to the advice here I managed to challenge PRA taking me to court despite me making a cca request! I'm glad I've kept my nerve, they have tested it to the extreme trying to scare me.
So now they have finally sent the version of the CCA agreement which actually says on cover letter they are still awaiting further paperwork? Which says to me it's not complete and probably all they are able to get hold of. Attached letter.
I received a mediation apt with the court for next week and I have no idea what to say.
Where do I stand? Should I just say I'm waiting for the correct paperwork ascertaining to my cca request made in July.
Any advice is welcome.

I don't know whether someone can move this to merge into your other thread

So that everything is in one place.

I wonder whether that reconstituted agreement is believable - did you ever post on LegalBeagles? They have a lot of experience with this. I also note there seems to be no statement of account - so no justification of the amount they are claiming

Don't worry that PRA are persevering with this. It's sometimes a case of who blinks first.
