    LOL!....actually late post today I got the same two letters.

    Now they have confirmed the accounts are statute barred I think its safe to say thats the end of it, until some other chancer fancies a go.

    i have also received a letter of notice from ACI regarding a debt from Aqua - I have an aqua account that is being paid each month I have rang aqua to confirm they haven’t sold my account onto a debt collector. I have no knowledge of this debt do I send a prove it letter? Thanks in advance
