• Winners will be contacted by email with instructions to claim their prize. Failure to respond within 5 days may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• All holiday dates are subject to availability. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of preferred travel dates.
• Travel to and from home to the airport, meals, gratuities, and other personal expenses are not included unless stated otherwise. Redemption for the Italian experience is Jan 1st to September 1st 2025 subject to travel and accommodation availability.
