Good evening,
we had an AIP approved in June. Due to the fact that we don’t hold a British passport had to apply over the phone. Application was referred and accepted with 2 days.
fast forward to now having accepted an offer on our property and having had an offer accepted on a property we want to buy our broken submitted the application.
 Again application was referred, the last updated says 

“Application update

We've received all requested documents and your clients mortgage application has now been passed for full assessment. If we need anything further we'll let you know.”

What does this mean?  Hard search was carried out on Friday. This waiting game is cruel 😩

It means that they are about to start assessing your case (probably an underwriter), and if they need any further documents etc to make their assessment, they'll let you know. It doesn't mean anything in terms of whether your application will be successful or not.
