TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Imagine Cruising – Mediterranean Sailcation online competition” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN This competition is running across The Absolute Radio network. There will be 1 overall winner.

The winner will be those person who successfully answer the question correctly and enter their correct details online. The winning person information should match to the information entered when they are contacted. If the details do not match, a new winner will be drawn.

One winner will be chosen by electronic random draw.

The winner will be drawn on Monday 14th October 2024.

The winner will be contacted via phone. If the winner does not respond and accept their prize within 5 working days, their prize will become invalid and a new winner will be drawn.

2.ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS Entries are restricted to one entry per person.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS • Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter. Any such entries will be void.

• We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Terms

5. THE PRIZE One winner will win the following prize (“the Prize”):

 1 x Balcony cabin for 2 people with Imagine Cruising on Sky Princess®.

The itinerary for the Prize will be:

• 3rd May 2025 – 17th May 2025: Departing and returning to Southampton on a 14-night full-board cruise on board Sky Princess®. Visiting Vigo, Barcelona, Toulon, Pisa, Rome and Sardinia.

• Room is for 2 people staying in a Balcony cabin.

• All gratuities, Wi-Fi and the Princess Plus Beverage Package* are included. Speciality dining, spa treatments and shore excursions are excluded and at the winner(s) own expense. *The Plus Beverage Package includes cocktails, wine, beer, spirits, fountain soda, specialty coffees, bottled water, teas and other individual beverages up to $15 USD each.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

- The winner(s) will be responsible for sourcing their own insurance, vaccinations, travel documents, visa requirements etc. They will also be responsible for ensuring that their chosen guest has done the same.

- It’s up to the winner(s) to ensure they (and their chosen guest) are fit and able enough to travel otherwise the Prize will be invalid and a new winner will be drawn.

- The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and their guest) have a valid, in-date passport for travelling and are also responsible for securing and paying for any and all visas required for travel. You will also be responsible for sourcing and paying for any vaccinations or other medical provisions required for travel, for both you and your guests.

- Unless where expressly stated in these terms and conditions the Prize excludes airport/port transfers or any other travel required. Parking is also not included.

- Unless expressly stated, the cost of food, drink, spending money or any other sustenance is not included. Any additions or upgrades to travel, accommodation or otherwise are not included in the Prize and will be the sole responsibility of a prize winner, or any of their guests, to secure and pay for.

- Any other excursions not mentioned in the T&Cs are not covered and are the winner(s) responsibility to fulfil.

- Balcony Cabin grade can be upgraded at the winner(s) own expense subject to availability when contacted by Imagine Cruising.

- It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and any of your guests) are fit, well and able to travel. We reserve the right to withdraw the prize from a prize winner and re-award the prize to another entrant where health reasons or concerns prevent a prize winner (or any of their guests) from taking up the Prize.

- Winners must be able to take the Prize on the dates above as stated, or on those dates otherwise offered by the Imagine Cruising, which may be subject to change. If winners are unable to take the Prize on the dates offered, we reserve the right to withdraw and award the Prize to another entrant.

The Prize is provided by Imagine Cruising we are not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including but not limited to unsatisfactory quality or late delivery.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

OTHER CONDITIONS

1. DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. e. We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.

f. You are responsible for all costs of entry.

g. You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.

h. As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition / the Prize.

i. We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.
