Aviva pension transfer out form

Hi All, I have a very small Aviva pension from and job that I’m no longer in. Can anyone point me to the transfer out form which as far as I can tell Aviva seem to be withholding, nothing clear on their website and the call handlers don’t seem to want to provide, instead they keep telling me to use the electronic transfer system ‘Origo’. The company pension that I want to transfer into say that they don’t user Origo and state that they require a transfer value (which I can provide) and discharge forms from Aviva.

Who is your company pension provider? I am wondering if your current company scheme is a DB pension scheme?0

If the company you are transferring to is old-fashioned and doesn't use Origo, then Aviva still does not need to issue a discharge form. The receiving scheme just sends their stuff through to Aviva the old way.
Most retail pensions ceased issuing discharge forms years ago. Nowadays, only some occupational pensions operated by the notoriously dreadful administrators still issue them (and insist on them) or certain plans that are non-standard or on legacy systems.
