New here and wanted help from people who have done the same. I have just filled form n9a? Before a CCJ is issued.
My question is,
Do I send it to the claimant or the court?

So I have claiment- Cabot
Under it says address for send documents + Mortimer Clarke.
And then the courts address.
Sorry it's the first time I've dealt with anything like this0 -
