Problem with MD sites?

Is anyone else finding the sites to be very slow loading?
I use Windows 11, Chrome browser, have Adblock Plus (free version) installed, but they ask you to turn it off.
Lately it seems to take ages for the adverts and videos to load, and wondering whether anyone else is finding similar.
I regularly clear History and cashe, can anyone recommend what else I can do?

i never get the ads and videos, just click on confirm entry and it is done. at the moment I am entering 160 a day in less then an hour.

I keep adblock+ switched on and as the one I'm entering counts down when clicking it I move on to the next ones. I have a few tabs open at once.

Thanks @EnglishWelshie I'll try that tomorrow.

@JamboDP I find the sites are so slow, you almost have to drag your cursor to the entry form.  I'm currently entering about 35 a day, and they're taking almost half an hour.  I wondered about changing from Chrome to Edge to see whether that would make a difference.

I'm using Safari on a MacBook, no ad blocker and no ads no problems, just the odd log-in issue.

Thanks @mclarkie There are a couple of other websites I visit, which are packed with ads.  Using my ipad mini there is hardly any drag at all, but I find it more difficult entering comps on my ipad.  Will try opening several tabs tomorrow and see whether I can speed up a little.

I use edge on my laptop and just work my way through with 5 tabs open

I've tried twice to book but no response. In the past I've won theatre tickets but they notified me so long after the comp had finished I was unable to go. I'm cross!

Is anyone esle finding mag dailies with videos much more difficult to enter and slower the last couple of days
