Wage Recall

Im due to receive my final wageslip from my employer tomorrow, 25th september 2024. It was showing as being pending in my bank a/c this morning to come in tomorrow, however i had realised that it was £300 short.
I immediately reached out to the employer to inform them of this and it looks as if a standard recall has occured for them to amend it , however i am under the impression that now i wont receive any money this month- is it too late to have informed them today and asked for the funds tomorrow?
I have emailed 3 times today asking for urgent updates as i have bills to pay and am yielding no response, and so was wondering if anyone payroll related could help (UK only)
thanks!

Most payroll systems have a way to make ad hoc payments outside of the usual scheduled run. If the 25th is a payroll day the payroll team is likely to be incredibly busy doing small updates and hence not had a chance to answer your query.
I'd suggest you contact any creditors that might not be paid for whatever reason and say you are trying to sort it but it might take a few days. Theyve said theyre only paying £232
doesent make sense as payroll cut off was 14th August, their saying all monies for august were paid in august but how can this be when cut off was before this?
Have referred to my contract, it says "payments in arrears on 25th September" doesent mention what pay period is. Manager told me that id be paid from 15th Aug-19th Sept but doesent make sense when payroll are telling me something else.
I then worked 14th August-01st September and went on sick leave from 02 Sept - 19th Sept with a certified sick note. Was informed that the only pay their paying is SSP.
Creditors ive managed to speak to to secure interest free for 3 months..
Not impressed with them though :?0 -

Employees passed probation : Company sick pay.
I was on probation but was not fired or terminated, left on own accord.
Its more the factor that their basically telling me i'm not entitled to any pay from 14th August-01st September when they have claimed that all of that money was paid in august. I don't know how on earth that is possible when cut off for Aug was 14th. Cut off for September they could not confirm to me, it feels as if they are trying to make a deliberate cover up. I've said I will take this to a forma grievance or an ACAS tribunal if it isnt resolved swiftly.
Their only prepared to pay me SSP and they are claiming that that is all I am owed. It doese'nt seem correct when yesterday morning they were going to pay me the amount of £1021 and that was recalled again when the usual salary is £1697.
My contract doesent even detail the pay period, i am in suspect that my contract of employment is illegal due to this matter as well as other factors such as clauses where it says that i gave up my right to the working time regulations directive.
