That might kinda get you out of it.
I asked on here if I could insist that my reason for leaving could be changed (from dismissal) to something else as part of the agreement but everyone on here said that couldn't be done as a dismissal had taken place and to accept it!
It's too late now as the agreement has been signed, sealed and delivered so to speak!0
