Application form asking "Have you ever been subject to disciplinary action" - what to write?

  • When you "settled" was there a written agreement something like you promise not to say anything bad about them and they agree it wasn't a dismissal and leaving by mutual consent or something instead?

    That might kinda get you out of it. 


    There was a written agreement, including not saying anything bad about each other and a basic reference (start & end date and position).

    I asked on here if I could insist that my reason for leaving could be changed (from dismissal) to something else as part of the agreement but everyone on here said that couldn't be done as a dismissal had taken place and to accept it!

    It's too late now as the agreement has been signed, sealed and delivered so to speak!
