Hilarious yes, a good response to a court claim, well, I`d love to say yes, but perhaps better to go with fatbellys advice on this one.

I echo @fatbelly's suggestion to talk to Business Debtline https://www.businessdebtline.org/.

They are experts in this area and there may be some simple wording that explains legally why you are not liable for this to put in Box D of the Reply Form, rather than in a cover letter.
