Wilkos code query

Does anyone know how Wilkos discount codes work, I have a £5 we miss you no min spend code  and it says accepted when inputted into the promo box but have gone all the way to payment page and still no reduction. I don't want to fill in credit card details and click continue in case it charges me the full price.

Are you sure it’s a genuine Wilko code? 

If they say it’s a we miss you code then you won’t have to fill in credit card details as you must already have a Wilko account so presumably you were logged in when you used the code? If you aren’t logged in, that could be why as it would be a unique code just for your email address.

If it’s a genuine Wilko code and you were logged in then I would ping Wilko a message or give them a buzz

Thanks for reply, no answer from Wilkos so still can't use it. It's definitely genuine, as usual with Wilko item I wanted is now oos anyway!
