Rental income on deceased parent’s property.

I am renting out my deceased mother’s property the rent is being paid to the local council to reduce a large outstanding care home bill of hers.
Do I need to declare the income or is it for her estate?

I am the executor and probate has been granted. Just not sure who has to declare the rental income.0

This might be better on the Life & Family/Marriage, Relationships and Families/Deaths, Funerals & Probate board.
I believe at the moment the house, debt and rental income are all the estate’s.Fashion on the Ration
