How to enforce CC Judgment against cowboy electrician

Hi everyone looking for advice.
We were absolutely swindled by a cowboy electrician earlier this year, he convinced us we urgently required a rewiring and our home was dangerous.. we bought it hook line and sinker and ended up taking out a loan to pay for the works. He took the money and ran.
We now have a CCJ against him and I'm considering our next steps. I think as it's over £5k we will be escalating to the high court so we can appoint enforcement officers.. but wondering if it's worth getting him to attend court to give details of his finances first? Then maybe getting a third party debt order if he's got any cash in the bank or enforcing if not?
I know he's married, owns a home with his wife and bragged about owning a fast car when he was here. We've heard nothing from him since he ghosted us and we started court proceedings.
Any help or advice appreciated!

Have you also reported him to Trading Standards? He may already be on their radar. If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0

The HCEO will pay him a visit and you will get some feedback from that. If you're lucky you may get cash.
If the car is owned by him, they will take an interest in that. It my turn out to be his wife's or on finance.
Securing the debt by charging order is not so effective on a jointly owened property, as our thread on dfw explains. A 3pdo is difficult, and afayk he is not employed.
That leaves the nuclear option of a statutory demand which should at least see the debt paid to below 5k
If you want to check ownership of any property he might own, then it's £3 per search at the Land Registry1
