Dorothy Perkins/New Look store cards

Not sure if this should be in this thread or the credit card one.

I just wondered if anyone else who has opened a Dorothy Perkins store card before Christmas has actually received their card yet. I opened it about 10 days before Christmas so I know the delay might just be because they are closed for Christmas but I've got an item I want to take back.

Also, has anyone recently opened a New Look store card and got 0% for three months?

If you go back with the receipt they may still be able to put it back on your card using the details on the receipt. Just a thought as they were able to take the payment without the actual card in the first place.

Dorothy Perkins's is run by GE Capial so the store won't be able tell you anything as where I worked it was also run by them and all we do is pass on the details. I would ring up the number that says on your application form and just ask. I now that GE Capital sometimes takes ages.

Thanks. I have sorted out the DP card now.

Just a word of warning to anyone opening a New Look card. I was offered 0% for 3 months when I opened the card and I double checked that this was correct before I signed the credit agreement yet 2 weeks later I received a statement which shows a payment date of 6th February and interest added if I don't pay the full amount by then.
