Anyone experience with ACI?

Hi, my loan was sold to ACI a couple of months ago. Original amount £2,034.94. I made an opening F&F offer of £750 which was rejected and the lowest they’re offering me with partial payment shown on my credit file is £1725 with £1929 being the offer if I want full payment shown on my credit file. Does this sound about right?

Have you CCA`d them yet?
Have you asked for a copy of the default notice, notice of assignment at all?
All are legal documents you should have received prior to the debts sale.
