95% ltv with default

Options
I have a 4yo default i am still paying off still owing £1500. I have no missed payments on any credit commitments in the last two years.
With £55k earning would any adverse lenders lend at 95% ltv?

Adverse lenders do not really lend at 95% LTV.
I think it is worth getting a copy of your credit report to a mortgage broker though, you might find it can be placed on the high street or a little building society somewhere.

Im not sure about Aldermore specifically. Some adverse lenders do offer 95% products (sorry, I may not have been clear - I just meant in the main most of them do not) but there are exceptions however they may come with additional criteria or requirements.

But you may not need an adverse lender.

Edit - https://www.aldermore.co.uk/media/rwhozi1x/residential-mortgage-guide.pdf - The aldermore product guide does not have any 95% products on there?

It would look better if you had repaid the debt in full as well
