    Maybe not but for others dealing with NHS pensions my experience provides reassurance that claims can be handled very rapidly & efficiently.

    ..and then again my experience demonstrates that for some people they can also get it totally wrong, (I can't be the only one, and again we have had all 3 of our NHS paid incorrectly, (ie 100%), so you need to do your own due diligence by keeping a regular check on your TSR, and screen dumping the information annually....)
    .."It's everybody's fault but mine...."
