If it's a private parking charge(s), head over to the parking board

This is Dads problem, not yours, have you told him?
This will be in his name, not yours, its not your problem, but you must tell him.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Head over to the parking board.
You may need to explain clearly what's happened.
They write to the registered keeper of the vehicle, not necessarily who was driving that day. It's called keeper liability.
Are you saying you are the registered keeper of a vehicle, aged 15? It's perfectly legal.
I would have thought that would be the end of the matter as a minor cannot enter into a contract, except for 'neccessities'. They should enjoy that on the parking board.0 -
