Lamp post on my property

I've seen similar discussions, but none that precisely match my situation. I own a property that borders parking spaces belonging to flats further down the road. My property has its own driveway, and the parking is managed by an estate management company to which I contribute a small amount for the upkeep of the culvert.
There is a lamp post located on my property, and I am about 90% certain it is owned by the management company. However, neither the title plans (TP1) nor any other conveyancing documents mention this lamp post, and there is no reference to a wayleave agreement.
What options do I have in this situation? Can I force them to move the lamp, or potentially charge them rent for it being on my property?
I'm also considering using this as leverage, as my neighbour and I have been trying to get the management company to replace fences that are beyond repair, but they have been ignoring our emails.
