This competition offers participants a chance to win a free three-night stay at Brixham Holiday Park in 2025. The prize is valid for a three night break for up to 4 people. The holiday must be taken between February – October 2025. Competition excludes holidays in platinum grade accommodation and breaks between 3rd-5th May 2025 and 25th July – 3rd September 2025.

Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Brixham Holiday Park, their immediate family members, and anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to participate.
2.3. Participants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom.

Entry Method
3.1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this competition.
3.2. To enter, participants must:
Provide their full name and a valid email address.
Correctly answer the multiple-choice question provided during entry.

3.3. Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Competition Period
4.1. The competition begins on 21.08.2024 and ends on 31.10.24.
4.2. All entries must be received by 31.10.2024 at midnight on the closing date. Late entries will not be considered.

Prize
5.1. The prize consists of a free three-night weekend stay at Brixham Holiday Park.
5.2. The stay must be taken within February – October 2025, excluding Brixham Pirate Weekend (3rd, 4th, 5th May 2024 and school summer holidays (25th July – 3rd September).
5.3. The prize is subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
5.4. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
5.5. Brixham Holiday Park reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection
6.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries that include the correct answer to the multiple-choice question.
6.2. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided during entry within 7 days of the competition closing.
6.3. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, they forfeit the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

Prize Conditions
7.1. The winner must redeem their stay within 12 months of the competition closing date.
7.2. The prize does not include travel, meals, or any other expenses incurred during the stay.
7.3. The winner and their guests must comply with all rules and regulations of Brixham Holiday Park during their stay.
