1. ELIGIBILITY
   1. The competition is only open to entrants aged 18 years or over and resident in the UK.
   2. The competition is not open to Stauning employees, agents or suppliers or members of their immediate families (including ‘step’ relatives) or households.
   3. In entering the competition, you warrant that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. We may require you to provide proof of eligibility.
   4. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any entry or entries that we judge to be in breach of these terms and conditions, or not to be in the spirit of the competition, including, but not limited to, entries which are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties or in bulk.
   5. We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw the competition or amend the campaign or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted in an updated version of these terms and conditions.
   6. Our decision in relation to any issue of eligibility, claiming of the prize, or accepting an entry, is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
2. HOW TO ENTER
   1. The opening date for entry is 00:01 on 6th September 2024 (Opening Date). The closing date for entry is 23:59 on 13th September 2024 (Closing Date). Any entry that we consider has not been received by us before the Closing Date will not be accepted and will be discarded.
   2. To enter the competition you must submit a completed application (above).
   3. We do not accept responsibility for any unavailability, failure or suspension of any entry channel, or for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3. THE PRIZE
   1. The prize consists of a Wicker Hamper filled with:
      • Stauning HØST Danish Whisky (70cl)
      • Stauning mini bottle taster pack (3x5cl)
      • Stauning branded whisky glasses
      • Wool Blanket
      • Candle pack
      • Chocolate pack
   2. The winner is randomly selected.
   3. All prizes include delivery to the winner’s address where appropriate.
   4. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
4. WINNERS
   1. Winners will be selected by us at our sole discretion in accordance with these rules, by whichever selection process we deem appropriate for the competition in question.
   2. We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner as soon as practicable after the Closing Date, using the contact details provided with the competition entry. If the winner does not respond within seven days of the initial attempt to contact them, we may at our discretion award the prize to the next winning entry that is selected, and so on. You are not entitled to make any claim against us if you do not respond to any communication or if you do not take up the prize for whatever reason.
   3. We may publish or make available information on prize winners of any competition that we stage.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   1. Insofar as is permitted by law, Stauning Whisky, our agents and distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any entrant to any competition we may stage, nor accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of entering and/or accepting any prize.
   2. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for any death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. DATA PROTECTION
   1. We will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy.
7. GENERAL
   1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the competition.
   2. We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where we deem that it is necessary to do so.
   3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by Scots Law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
