Oh and can please someone tell me what is a rumble pack and why do I need one!
  • The Rumble Pak is a device from Nintendo that provides haptic feedback while playing video games. Games that support the Rumble Pak cause it to vibrate in select situations, such as when firing a weapon or receiving damage, to immerse the player in the game. Since the introduction of the Rumble Pak, force feedback vibration has become a standard feature in almost every home video game console controller
  • i ordered the TTDS on 14/12/07 and am waiting for delivery from dealextreme.

At £14 its a big saving to some R4DS packs which are going for >£40

You dont really need one, they fit in the gameboy cartridge slot of the DS and rumble/vibrate when things happen in the game, unfortunately there are very few games that actually make use of the rumble function on the DS.

I think they are pretty much the same thing just with different labels on, however you WERE ripped off paying £43 for one when you can get them for less than £20 delivered elsewhere. Sure they may take a while longer to get here but for half the price that has to be worth it doesnt it?

  • I agree definitely ripped off paying £43. You can get the same thing for under £25 if you buy a TopToy card from DealExtreme for about £13.75 (which comes with the rumble pak also) delivered. A 2GB sandisk memory card is about £10.50 from Amazon with free p&p on orders over £15. Total £24.25. Now thats a bargain!
  • Bought a DS One Supercard from :

    http://www.supercardstore.com/sh/products/slot1/ds1.php

Ordered 28th Dec, delivered 3rd Jan.

    Total inc p&p = £28.59

Can with disc and instructions, up and running within 15 mins

Just to let you all know, my R4 card turned up from gameyeeeeah yesterday, turned up fine no problems, 10 days from ordering.

Worked out just over £20 ($44.50)

Would order from them again, was supplied with tracking info, R4 card left Hong Kong on Saturday and arrived yesterday.
