Oh and can please someone tell me what is a rumble pack and why do I need one!0
-
The Rumble Pak is a device from Nintendo that provides haptic feedback while playing video games. Games that support the Rumble Pak cause it to vibrate in select situations, such as when firing a weapon or receiving damage, to immerse the player in the game. Since the introduction of the Rumble Pak, force feedback vibration has become a standard feature in almost every home video game console controller0

i ordered the TTDS on 14/12/07 and am waiting for delivery from dealextreme.
At £14 its a big saving to some R4DS packs which are going for >£400 -

You dont really need one, they fit in the gameboy cartridge slot of the DS and rumble/vibrate when things happen in the game, unfortunately there are very few games that actually make use of the rumble function on the DS.Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

I think they are pretty much the same thing just with different labels on, however you WERE ripped off paying £43 for one when you can get them for less than £20 delivered elsewhere. Sure they may take a while longer to get here but for half the price that has to be worth it doesnt it?Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

I agree definitely ripped off paying £43. You can get the same thing for under £25 if you buy a TopToy card from DealExtreme for about £13.75 (which comes with the rumble pak also) delivered. A 2GB sandisk memory card is about £10.50 from Amazon with free p&p on orders over £15. Total £24.25. Now thats a bargain!0
