     others may prefer the lines being open until 10pm every day. 
    And still not get through haha. 

    To be honest we use a sort of price comparison system, but we typically use the same 2 firms based on past experience. But the only thing I say to customers is to just not pick a company at random. Use ours, the agents, one you have used in the past or a recommendation from a friend/family.
