Parking Eye ticket advice - Camera didn't pick up entry/exit properly - letter 41 days late

Its the job of the parking company to prove their facts and case, you don't have to prove anything1 -

Contacted Costa via email and explained my issue, and they were able to cancel the ticket.
I've checked the parking eye website and shows an outstanding charge of £0.
Issue is resolved, but still not happy such gaps exist with the ANPR cameras Parking Eye use.
Is there a way to invoice Parking Eye for the couple hours I've wasted getting this resolved?4
