Asda Go For Gold competition winners

Several weeks ago I won a £25 pre paid visa card from this competition, and have been expecting the prize.
This morning I have received an email from cardservices@info.pluxee.uk  Cloudcard 9 request, asking for my details, stating

We're excited to tell you that your registration for a virtual Cloud 9 Card is complete. This has been initiated by your employer or program provider. Your card is ready to be used! 

I've not asked for this service, but it mentions my name and looks genuine.  I wondered whether this could be related to the Asda competition, or whether it's a scam.

I also won £25 in the same competition and have received 3 emails from them regarding prize.

First one was confirmation of win, second email was asking me to email uponcloudnine and last one received yesterday evening asking for name, address, dob, email and mobile number and once I have given this info they will request card to be issued.

It sounds like the email received this morning is in response to their previous emails, and genuine.

The email looks genuine, mentioning my name, and a google search looks OK.  I think I will set up account as requested.

I sent my details on 28 August, and their email stated it would take up to 14 days.

I've had the same chain of emails as I won a £25 pre-paid Visa card from the same competition.

The representative from 'cloudnine' mentioned I'd get an email from Pluxee UK, which I did and I've now got the log-in to access the card. I did find however that the funds weren't there instantly, the £25 appeared as available to use a few hours after I first accessed the card (I tried to use it straight away to pay for some petrol and it didn't work as my balance showed as £0 at that point).

I will try spending it on something this weekend! Hopefully it works now 🤞🏻

I've not tried spending the card yet, hoping it will work alright when I use it.

I also won and mine was the same with balance showing as zero at first. But when I logged back in a short while later it was there. I've added mine to my google wallet but will probably use it online.
