It might be worth your partner looking for another job - at the moment their income minus expenses looks like less than £300 a month? (£700 - petrol - business insurance). If you can cope with just one car (stagger your start and finish times with the kids pick-up/drop-off when the weather is bad), then that's a big saving.

I don't think it's been mentioned yet - you don't need to share here, but you do need to understand why you are in debt and have a plan for not repeating that again.
