Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 4th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 1st October 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:
During the Promotional Period: Text MIAMI or MIAMI3 or MIAMI7 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)"). Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to
determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:
a. There is 1 x Tier 1 prize, and 50 x Tier 2 prizes.

b. Tier 1: consists of a 5-night trip to Miami, United States of America (USA) for 2 adults (aged 18+). Prize includes:

- return economy flights from a UK airport operating direct flights to Miami;
- return private airport-hotel transfers;
- 5 nights’ 4* hotel accommodation, sharing a twin/double room;
- daily breakfast.

Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winner’s nearest international airport that operates flights to Miami. Winner and guest must travel together in both directions.

Organising valid passports is the responsibility of the winner and their guest, and prize excludes any visas. UK passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorisation) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel date is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner and guest’s responsibility to arrange and comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the USA. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and the Promotion Entities cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Winner and their guest are also responsible for and must comply with any health advice / regulations / inoculations required by the USA.

Prize also excludes domestic travel, spending money, travel insurance and all other expenses not expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions. Proof of insurance will be required prior to departure.

A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation.

Prize must be taken by 22nd December 2025. Travel is subject to availability and excludes over 22nd December 2024 – 2nd January 2025, 18th – 21st April 2025, 5th May 2025, 26th May 2025, 25th August 2025. At least 6 weeks’ advance notice of preferred dates must be given. Once booked, the prize cannot be altered.

Please note that the winner will be required to provide proof of identity documenting full name and age (date of birth) to accept the Prize. Proof of identity must match the name provided in the text entry. Only official documents can be accepted as proof of identity (driving licence, identity card or passport). Council tax will not be accepted as proof of identity. Expired proof of identity will not be accepted.

b. Tier 2: each prize consists of a £50 Tesco e-Gift Card.

e-Gift Card can be used in any UK Tesco store. The e-Gift Card cannot be used online or at a Tesco petrol station. The card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last card use. Email address required to receive prize.

e-Gift Cards will be emailed within 28 working days of acceptance.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
