Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 4th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 29th October 2024. There will be 1 draw per week:
Week 1 opens at 00:00 on 4th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 10th September 2024.
Week 2 opens at 00:00 on 11th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 17th September 2024.
Week 3 opens at 00:00 on 18th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 24th September 2024.
Week 4 opens at 00:00 on 25th September 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 1st October 2024.
Week 5 opens at 00:00 on 2nd October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 8th October 2024.
Week 6 opens at 00:00 on 9th October 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 15th October 2024.

There will also be 1 Grand Prize draw from all entries received during the Promotional Period (9 draws in total). Please see clauses 23 and 24 for draw/notification timings. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person per Week during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once per Week. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.
Prizes:

b. e-Gift Card Prize: each prize consists of a £150 Tesco e-Gift Card. e-Gift Card can be used in any UK Tesco store. The e-Gift Card cannot be used online or at a Tesco petrol station. The card and balance will expire five years from purchase or last card use. Email address required to receive prize. Prizes will be emailed within 28 days of acceptance.
c. Grand Prize: consists of a chocolate sculpture and £1,000. The £1,000 will be paid via bank transfer, to a UK bank account in the winner’s name, within 28 days of acceptance.
Chocolate sculpture will be a milk chocolate* bust, with a Reese’s peanut butter filling, representing the winner.
Winner will be asked to supply a minimum of 5 photos from multiple angles (360°) of their head/shoulders for the bust to be created. A photo guide will be supplied to the winner for particular photo requirements. Bust will contain approximately life-sized head and shoulders; please note that 100% likeness cannot be guaranteed and this will be a creative interpretation of the winner by the Chocolatier. Winner’s photos must be received by the Chocolatier by 30th November 2024.
Sculpture will be made and dispatched within 12 weeks of receiving photos. Please note this will not arrive before Christmas.
* Milk chocolate ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass emulsifier, soy lecithin (E322), flavouring (natural vanilla).

A household can win a maximum total of 1 x e-Gift Card Prize and the Grand Prize. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
