As a silent reader here for over a year, I have taken the plunge and joined. Thanks to everyone who posts their questions and to all those who reply, you really help us silent readers.
I have/had four really old credit cards. Paid these for many years, then did the usual robbing Peter to pay Paul for years and then had to default.
I realise now from reading here, that for the one debt that has been sold on, I should ask for a CCA. For the first time in years, I have looked at my Credit Reports and I don't understand something. Are Arrow, Intrum and Capquest all the same company?
Bank sold to Arrow, who then wrote months ago and said assinged ownership was now with Intrum who had appointred Capquest and that they (Arrow) will no longer process any personal data as Capquest are in control of that. Yet my Credit Reports show that Arrow are still updating my credit reports with the last update from them last month.
Which means I don't have an address for Intrum to send the CCA request to as my CR only shows Arrow's address under useful addresses.
Any help please?

Welcome to the forum
If Capquest have written to you, I'd send the request to them1 -
I'm sure they do this on purpose to frustrate the process of asking for the CCA.I have a debt that's owned by Intrum but they said they had appointed Capquest to administer it and Resolvecall to manage it. I wrote to Capquest requesting the CCA and they wrote back saying I need to phone Resolvecall about it. I then wrote to both Intrum and Resolvecall to request it and got a reply from Capquest saying they'd look into it.It took about four months to show up as Intrum on my credit report initially after Virgin had sold it.1

I am led to belive Intrum have purchased Arrow/Capquest (Same Company), as my credit file has change to IntrumI have Dyslexia which is a learning difficulty that primarily affects the skills involved in accurate and fluent word reading and spelling so some post may not make sense.1

Intrum owns Capquest, they recently acquired it from Arrow Global, however, Intrum apparently have a lot of debt, and are selling off assets to reduce there risk.
